Slow Burn NYC is a fitness community for those returning to exercise after injury or illness with custom workout classes in a low-stress environment. We seek to make exercise easy and accessible to anyone nervous to get back into it or try for the first time!
We offer studio workouts and workshops, including but not limited to low impact pilates, hormonal health workshops, outdoor walks, restorative yoga, and barre. We are always adding new experiences, so get involved to find out more!
